Does TrackIQ replace human feedback?
No. TrackIQ is designed to complement human feedback, not replace it. AI is great at detecting technical patterns and production issues, while human producers provide creative insight, emotional feedback, and artistic direction.

How long does analysis take?

How much can Ears charge?

What are Lab Credits?
Lab Credits are the currency used inside TrackLab. They can be used for: TrackIQ scans Human feedback Premium platform features
Do credits expire?
Subscription Lab credits expire annually. Purchased credits typically remain available unless otherwise stated.
Can I buy additional credits?
Yes. You can purchase additional Lab Credits at any time.
Do I need a subscription?
No. TrackLab offers free access with optional premium plans for producers who want more feedback, analytics, and platform features.
Uploads & Copyright
Do I keep ownership of my music?
Yes. You retain 100% ownership and rights to your music.
Is my music protected?
We take privacy and security seriously. Tracks are stored securely and are only shared with users or services you authorize.
Can TrackLab use my music publicly?
Only if you explicitly allow it through platform settings, public sharing, or promotional opt-ins.
What happens if someone steals my music?
Unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited. Users can report copyright violations directly through the platform.

How do I cancel my subscription?

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

How do I delete my TrackLab account?
You can permanently delete your account from your Account Settings. Before deleting your account, please note: Account deletion is permanent Your profile, uploaded tracks, messages, and activity may be removed Active subscriptions should be canceled before deletion Certain information may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform security purposes
Can I recover my account after deletion?
In most cases, no. Once an account deletion request is completed, the process cannot be reversed.
What happens to my uploaded tracks if I delete my account?
Your uploaded tracks and private content are generally removed from public visibility and scheduled for deletion according to our data retention policies.
How long does account deletion take?
